Some completion photos showing the new JD Sports Store in the Pavilions Shopping Center, Swords. The works involved the fit out of 950sqm of existing retail space over a 10 week period. KWA provided Architectural and Assigned Certifier services for the duration of the fit out works.
Initial design images for the redesign to an existing cafe in Dublin. A neutral wall colour will be enhanced by pops of colour in the seating fabric and mosaic wall tiling. The project will now move to procurement stage and it is hoped to be open to the public by Autumn.
CGI views of our Stella Maris Rowing Club project currently on site, works are progressing well with the installation the Tata Steel standing seam cladding and roofing due to commence this coming week and windows due for installation on Monday. Internal walls, first fix electrical, life safety and mechanical all complete this week
