Refurbishment works have commenced to an existing Protected Structure in Ranelagh, Dublin 6.
The dwelling and grounds were in poor condition when we commenced the project. The rear garden was badly overgrown and wet rot had infiltrated into the internal walls from a previous roof leak.
All internal walls have been stripped of their original lime render finish to expose the damaged timbers. These timbers are then treated with a preservative to remove any fungal damage.
The external landscaping is nearing completion, providing a wonderful new south facing garden to the dwelling.
