Some recent photos showcasing the refurbishment of a Victorian Protected Structure project completed last year. The works involved repairing and renewing an existing 4 storey dwelling located in Rathgar, Dublin 6, dating from 1860. The main living accommodation was provided on the garden level. More formal rooms were reinstated on the main entrance level and all bedrooms were provided on the first & second floors.

The new Kitchen & Living room at garden level were connected & a new patio door was installed in the living room bay window providing a link to the rear garden.
A modern wetroom shower & WC was installed at garden level.
The existing original bath which was gathering rainwater in the rear garden before refurbishment works commenced, was re-enameled & reinstated within the family bathroom.
